For your 2019 Ram 2500, you'll want to go with the Curt # C31089 front mounted receiver hitch. The hitch would use existing frame holes, so no drilling is required but depending on your truck's trim level, you might need to trim a 1-7/8 by 2-1/2 inch slot in the fascia under the front bumper as outlined in the instructions I've linked for you. I do see the hitch that you are talking about. None of the aftermarket hitches from the manufacturers that we carry will fit the same way. However, if the main concern is to tow your trailer level, then go with a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver and then choose a ball mount with a rise on it to tow the trailer level.
